Called up Sunday evening with emergency problem leaving me with no lights. Walked me through the problem and pointed out the mistake I had made all within 5 minutes, without even charging. Great help.

Had an emergency after a long difficult day to find I had no electric. Battery dying by the minute found Mr Electric on Google. He apologised as he couldn’t come out but would help over the phone, if he could. He asked me to send a photo of the fuse box and talked me through several options. He quickly solved the problem, my hero. Thank you Richard.

I had a problem with a socket which tripped the house, I was stumped and later realised it was a wet socket. Mr. Electric gave sound advice and was overall very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

Richard was punctual with all his responses, friendly and efficient. Very easy to work with and perfect for a quick turn around on a job that I worried may have been a long process. I will definitely use his services again.

We have used Mr Electric a couple of time . First time he fully rewired and upgraded the lighting and sockets in the garage/workshop. Then he installed our new electric cooker. Each time The service was prompt, reliable and most helpfull and informative whenever a problem occured. Would certainly highly recommend Mr Electric.

Start of a Saturday morning, no socket power in the house, no fuse had tripped. Quick phone call to Mr Electric, Ipswich and it was all sorted in about 15 minutes. One phone call. Quick photo of the fuse box and Richard Smith talked me through some diagnostics- even pinpointing the faulty appliance- you were right, it was the fridge! Excellent service, superb customer service. Hired Mr Electric to move two plug sockets in the kitchen and to move the cooker to another wall. The electrician arrived at the time he had stated and worked solidly all day, cleaning up as he went. I'm very pleased with the work done and the price I paid. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Richard (Mr Electric!) has just helped me and I would like to recommend his services as he was professional, helpful and a great communicator! The lights in my hallway, bathroom and bedroom stopped working. After going to my fuse box and switching on and off and replacing a fuse, my lights still didn't work. I called Richard and he told me he may be able to assist over the telephone. Eventually we discovered that I had a separate trip switch on a more modern device (I hadn't even thought of this!) The problem was solved with ten minutes and Richard kindly gave of his time and expertise for NO COST! What a STAR. I will be keeping his details for the future. It's good to 'find' people like this. HAPPY!!!
